The wall consist of 1" thick dual-pane insulated clear low-e tempered insulated fixed glass walls with sliding and awning windows with screens for cross ventilation. The pool has a motorized pool cover to control the humidity from the heated pool during the extended cold months. The concrete slab around the pool will have in-floor radiant heat and a stamped concrete surface. The interior will include an equipment room / bath - changing room / and a kitchenette with sitting area.
THE POOL ENCLOSURE IS LOCATED ON APPROX. 40 ACRES, SURROUNDED BY WILD BLUEBERRYS. THE PROPERTY INCLUDES A BEAUTIFUL 200-YEAR-OLD FARMHOUSE AIR BNB. THAT SLEEPS (7).
