Below are progress photos for an 36' wide x 40' long, 68' radius Arched Porte Cochere for a Holiday Inn & Suites in St. Louis. The canopy has a structural steel sub-frame with 4 bent main beams and a series of 2' x 6" steel purlins along the arch to receive the pre-gasketed aluminum screw-base and cap system by P.E.I. The roof material (glazing) is 25mm (1" thick) opal 5x wall polycarbonate.
The steel sub-frame (first 2 photos) was fabricated and installed by others.
