Below is a gable-attached 17.5' x 12.75' "swim spa" (Swim-ex) enclosure - completed in the summer of 2023. The custom home remodelers (Claverack Builders, Inc.) built a gabled / dormered bump-out as an attachment point for the enclosure. Some features include a 12' wide x 6'-10" custom folding door to access the outside deck, plus lower casement and upper awning windows for cross ventilation. The wall glazing was 1" clear low-e tempered insulated glass and the roof glazing was 1" (25mm) ten-wall IR gold over opal polycarbonate. More finished photos coming soon.
