Attention Sunroom & Greenhouse Builders:

Pool Enclosures, Inc. is looking for custom sunroom builders that would consider our company as a source for pool enclosures, large span sunrooms, greenhouses, conservatories, and glazed structures.

PEI offers (2) options for the sunroom builder:
  • Provide dealer pricing and installation assistance to help your crew throughout the entire installation.
  • Provide generous finders fees to you and PEI will sell direct to your customer with full installation.  The concrete work will be by others.
PEI will provide a foundation plan showing grade beam requirements with footing reactions and install the enclosure.  The enclosure is anchored with stainless steel wedge (expansion) anchors, supplied by PEI.

See a sample footing drawing on the Tech and Spec page of the website.

We ask for a reciprical website link.

Attention Swimming Pool Builders:

Pool Enclosures, Inc. is offering generous finders fees to custom high-end pool contractors.  Have you referred a pool enclosure company to a customer but did not receive a finder's fee?  If you ever had a customer ask you for a pool enclosure source but did not know of any, now you do!

Pool Enclosures, Inc is looking for custom in-ground pool builders that would refer our company as a source for pool enclosures.

All we ask is that you would link our website to yours.  You are welcome to link us now if you like.

PEI will do all the work; provide a foundation plan showing grade beam requirements with footing reactions and install the enclosure. The enclosure is anchored with stainless steel wedge (expansion) anchors, supplied by PEI.  A simple monolithic-pour on your part is all that is typically needed.  The pool builder's focus can be on the pool, not the enclosure.
